How was the idea born?
As a designer, photographer & working in the Art business, I discovered the beauty in molds during my visit to the depot of ancient Armenian manuscripts, Matenadaran in Yerevan. It was followed by a permanent exhibition of my photographs in Matenadaran. Since the molds were displayed in circular containers, the idea of a bag in the shape of a circle adorned in the center with images from colorful molds was born. The brand name Sfera evokes the globe, since the latter itself lies in such microforms.
